Our Policies

Store Policy

  1. All the items listed on the website are carefully inspected and fully comply with the stated descriptions, photos and videos.
  2. It is clearly mentioned in every product descriptions if they are authentic/genuine or replica/copy. Please pay attention to this detail before placing your orders.
  3. In case, you are not able to proceed with the checkout after adding your desired products in the cart, it is possible that someone has already placed the order for last available quantity during that period.
  4. Delivery charges are subjected to change if the order is fragile, sizable and/or heavy.
  5. Our store working days are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. All the operations are handled within these time periods.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  1. We will gladly accept any merchandise which is untouched and unused with original tags attached, within 10 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  2. Please return goods with a copy of the invoice, Our Return Form and mention the reason for returning the items.
  3. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. any registered courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. This delivery expense will be NOT be refunded back and the customer will have to bear the cost.
  4. Delivery Charges paid by the customer when the order was first placed, will also NOT be refunded.
  5. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
  6. All returns should be sent to our address provided at the end of the page.
